JerryNJ over at flippinghomes.com forum along with another member (sorry can’t remember who) mentioned using zoho.com to help keep track of your daily “To-do” lists. The tool, within Zoho, that they are using is Zoho Planner. I’ve used it for the last two days and I like the simplicity of it and will probably continue to use it for the next few weeks to test it out. Hopefully I can find an iPhone app for it to make it that much better! Zoho has a ton of other applications, ala google.
Identify houses to make offers on
I went through the listings that I have sent to my from my realtor and identified a few houses to do a little research on so I can pick out the ones I want to make an offer on. One of the houses that I made an offer on before has been under contract twice only to fall back on the market. I will be re-offering on that house soon.
Real Estate Licensing Class
We have just finished all the chapters!! Which means all I have left is the review, a practice test and then the final class test. Oh and the actually licensing exam, It’s so close I can taste it.

Hey Scott, I just checked out zoho too. Might give it a shot. I haven’t read The Power of Less yet. It’s on the list of books to read though 🙂 We gotta get the resource share group active. I have stuff I’m willing to share but need folks who want it!
