  4. Hey Scott this will be awesome! I have been working with Podio for a few weeks now and love the possibility. I have found ways to connect contact7 forms through the html and adding callrail pulling. I just don’t know too much in REI to create the best operational process. I’m doing it on the fly and wasting time. I just closed my full-time wedding photography business where I tested several systems in Alpha and Beta when I started 11 years ago then taught the system I used in my business and workflows at regional conferences in the North East. I’m currently running a small IT company with my father in law, as IT was my study through school. I’m working that job as I have been starting my REI Wholesale/Buyhold company the last few months in between raising 5 kids! I need a system that will actually work and have the ability to change when times change.

    I would love to see what you are planning and interested in alph or beta testing you app. I’ll give you technical feed back from a newer investor who is trying to create a workflow, advertising, call tracking, email campaigns, template email system, trying to connect several seller sites, buyer sites, and investor site.

      Hi James,

      REIFlow for Podio will be a paid beta. If you are still interested I’d love to have you as one of the beta testers, but you’ll have to be on my mailing list and keep an eye out for the email when I’m ready. The initial beta run will only be for 10 people.

  7. Hello i just found this site and only skimmed through it i want to know do you offer mentoring? if so what would it cost? i’m just learning about real estate investing and i’m looking for a mentor.
