This is one Outstanding Course and is Valued at $997 and is worth every penny. Even if you are a wholesaler this course can be a great resource. Think, learning how to calculate repair costs.
All you have to do is post a comment with a REI related link that you have found helpful in the past and you could be the proud owner of this great course.
BONUS!!!
I will also be giving away 1 Google Voice Invite to someone who leaves a comment. Get a free phone number for your mailers to help you track your results. I’m using my number with the Probate Letters and it’s working out great!
****Slight Contest Rule Change****
I will announce the winner of these items on December 23rd (instead of the next day). This will give everyone time to see and comment for all the items I’m giving away.
Scott is a part time wholesaler, but full time real estate investing addict! As his family grows and his free time shrinks,He has been slowing building his wholesaling business over the past 7 years in between life events.Drive, dedication and never giving up are his strengths.
Scotty, two awesome REI communities that I've personally found helpful are FlippingHomes.com and BiggerPockets.com. I love the way people are so willing to help.
Plus I'd recommend that people visit all the blogs in your blogroll as well as those listed on my blog because they are all an inspiration to keep going!
I hope you are not kissing up to the contest runner Robert? LOL But thanks for the compliment on the article. Was never sure if it was easy to follow or not.
Couldn't agree more. Flippinghomes.com (Steve Cook) and Biggerpockets have seriously been a great 'directional' arrow in helping me head in the direction I WILL and HAVE been going in.
Steve's methods are ethical, straight forward and humbling. Whats amazing is that he recently gave away one of his Bootcamp Seminar Videos for free online. Anyone can go and watch him dish out information that is truly invaluable.
Just a couple more links that some folks may or may not know about that I have added to my bloglines feed list.
Your website and blog are quickly becoming a “must have” resource. Where else can you get consistent updates on what it takes to get started in this business PLUS a wealth of free product giveaways? Keep up the good work!
Great job with the blog and your giveaway. Ok so in my past, when I very first started I found http://www.creonline.com to be my best source for real estate investing. I mean when I first started I was on that site until like 1 or 2 in the morning reading everythingggg from all of the articles to all of the posts in the forum.
Then I would post questions on the forum for specific folks or even shoot them a pm. They were awesome with giving out their knowledge. I met great folks like Phil (I don't know if you know him but I'm sure Steve Cook would) and awesome folks like Steve Cook. Actually, Steve was getting started when I was, he was just a whole lot more faster and way more motivated so he had his sh*t together.
Actually, Steve was even kind enough to invite me to Baltimore for a few days to see how he did business. Now I don't know what his business model is today but at the time he was rehabbing and then selling via rent to own.
So, http://www.creonline.com was an amazing source for me 10 yrs. ago when I started, especially since they not only had a “normal” creative real estate forum but they had a mobile home forum as well. Which was super duper useful because I actually started my investing career with mobile homes.
