Problems with getting into Globiflow

Hi Scott,
After installing your SI Lead Manager into Podio and liking it and then upgrading to Podio premium, I am facing the problem of getting the message “No Account Found for User” when trying to log into Globiflow. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

It’s tough to say what your issue is at this point, but let me list a few things that you might want to check 

  1. Are you logged into Podio with the email address that you used to purchase your Podio Premium subscription?
  2. After logging into Podio, you go to globiflow and click the “login” link in the upper right corner.  Doing so should log you in as the same user as what you have logged into Podio with.

 
I have multiple Podio accounts, but only one of them is Premium.  If I’m logged into Podio with the account that is not premium, I get the same message you do.  
Final question….Are you able to access other Workspaces, but not SI Lead Manager workspace?

Yes, I’m logged into Podio with the email address I used to purchase Podio Premium. I also log into Podio and then go to http://www.globiflow.com and log in with email and password i used for Podio. Yes, I’m able to access SI Lead Manager, Demo work, and Employee network which is already in workspaces.
I may have to remove and deactivate Podio account and start all over again. The frustrating thing is I already paid them $24.00 for the premium account. I can’t get support from Globiflow because you have to log in to receive support and as you know I can’t log in.

This sounds like an issue on Podio’s end and something you need to contact Podio about, they own Globiflow.  Here are some links to help you find the support you need..

Scott,
Thanks so much for taking to time to answer my questions regarding Globiflow. Fortunately I went to Podio on Facebook and a good employee on there was able to contact Globiflow tech support for me and they were able to get me signed in. Again, I really appreciate your trying to help me get signed in. By the way, I really enjoy your SI lead manager.

You are very welcome! I’m just glad you got it figured out and thanks for sharing how you got help. I never thought about reaching out on Facebook. I’ll add that to my list of Podio Support options.
