I haven’t been posting to my blog much at all these days because I’ve been working hard on REIFLOW for Podio. I really apologize about that but time constraints have really caused me to concentrate on business more my blog. As REIFLOW is coming out of the beta testing period and being ready for release, I will be putting out more Podio Tutorials.

Since Globiflow is now affordable again it’s a good time to start up the tutorials again. Plus I’ve learned so much about Podio as well as their API that I will be able to put out some awesome stuff that should help everyone! I’m excited to get back to that.

Some Old REI Courses

I recently moved to a new house and am in the process of getting rid of some old stuff to make room for new. While going through my REI things I found some great wholesaling and rehabbing courses that I got from Steve Cook.

Steve Cook use to run FlippingHomes.com and was a big wholesaler down in the DC area up until 5 years ago when he moved and started up Lifeonaire. He is an awesome, honest guy and he put out some great courses back in the day that are still valid.

I do not need them any more and am looking to give them away. I have 2 courses right now ( might have more later)…

This was my first wholesaling course back in 2009 when I get started. I purchased it for about $350. WELL WORTH IT because Steve gives so much information in it. He does a good job of making wholesaling seem simple and breaks it down step by step.

I got this course after attending a Steve Cook bootcamp. He gave away all his courses to people who attended the 3 day bootcamp. It is very similar to the wholesaling course but with a slant towards rehabbing.

  10. Wow, that was quick. Lol I will take anything that you don’t want involving real estate. Thanks for all of your information on your blog. It’s super helpful. Ps I love the podio and global flow stuff. I’m still trying to work out the bugs on mine.

      I am enjoying the spirit of the people still commenting. Does make me want to give more away if I can find some things. Love helping people out
