On Monday, March 26th 2012, Benjamin Raymond Costello was born at 10:18am. He was 8 lbs and 13 oz!, had a full head of hair and is just the cutest thing I’ve ever seen, he is just PERFECT! My wife and baby are doing great a week later.
We were at the hospital until Thursday and have been adjusting to our new life ever since. Ben can barely keep his eyes open during the day, but is wide eye’d and fussy for much of the nights so far.

Scott is a part time wholesaler, but full time real estate investing addict! As his family grows and his free time shrinks,He has been slowing building his wholesaling business over the past 7 years in between life events.Drive, dedication and never giving up are his strengths.

That was truly amazing for me as well. My wife had a c-section so it happened so quick! I get teary eyed just thinking about it now.

Ben has been a great baby so far, He’s let me get about 6 hours of sleep a night.
Congratulations Scott! It’s so great being a Dad! Funny coincidence … my son’s name is Benjamin Rylan Clough (same initials as your son) and my son was born exactly 1 year prior to yours on March 26, 2011 … kinda crazy! Enjoy it! It’s the best!

Ha! that is too funny. How was the first year for you with your son? I’m loving it so far, but it’s frustrating at times because you don’t know what the little guy wants sometimes. Change’m, feed’m and hold’m doesn’t always calm him down. Sometimes I just chalk it up to him having gas.
First year with my son was great, however time (and lack of sleep) always prove to be a challenge. When the change’m, feed’m and hold’m routine doesn’t work, I think blaming it on gas is perfectly legit! Haha! My son’s just starting to walk now & his personality is developing … that 1st year seemed to fly by … take lots of pictures!
