Even Better the Second Time

schoolBecause I passed the first test for my real estate class I did not have to take the retest, but I did any way.  I figured it was good practice and I wanted to get myself to study the New Jersey and Federal laws, acts and commissions as I had trouble with those on the first test.

My intentions were good, but I failed to really study at all.  I tried searching the internet for a list of all those laws but was unsuccessful.   I was being lazy and didn’t really want to page through the entire book and pull out each one, so I ended up finding that the book had definitions of a lot of the terms in the back.  So I wrote those down and that was it.

Anyhow, I got an 88 on the Federal Part and a 93 on the State.  Which is much better then the 83 and 77 I got previously.  Go figure!  I do think the test was easier then the first one, and that’s not because I knew the material better.   I think the administrators did that on purpose in order to make sure more people passed the test…Just my warped theory.

Just thought I’d share that.  Have a good Wednesday

  1. I'll be sure to post about how long it took when I get my MLS access. My papers are still being processed by the state commission. Been going on for about a month now. It might have gone quicker if I signed on with a larger broker, but I can sense it'll be any day now.

Thanks for the question Tiara! And sorry for the delayed response.
